PT FIRCROFT - Operation Supervisor (10 - 15 Years Experience in High Pressure Gas)
Key Activities:
Suban Supervisor will take accountability in supporting Superintendent in achieving safe operation and sustainable excellent operations which are including:
1. SAFETY
• The work carry out is refer to the core value of company safety and environmental policy, HSEMS,
• Member of Suban ERT, as On Scene Commander,
• Show visible leadership and responsibility on HSE in day to day activity. Identify and manage risk in work place to prevent any incident happen (such as : PTW , LOTO, PTD compliance).
2. OPERATION
• Support Field and Board Operator in day-to-day operation and trouble shoot,
• Owning and managing production and maintaining plant KPI such as DOE,
• Interface between other function such as Engineering, Maintenance, Planning & Scheduling which not limited to PMO, MOC, RCM,
• Act as an auditor for day to day activities by checking and evaluating snapshot plant process parameter and performance,
• Monitor and control gas well operations, ensure that all producing wells are well maintained, safe guard and take an efficient remedial actions to eliminate down time,
• Responsible for the waste management of the field operations to minimize operational impact to the environment.
3. PEOPLE/ORGANIZATION
• Involve and active participate on:
- maintaining good work environment,
- operator mentoring,
• Organize the man power to achieve safe operation in day today activity, special occasion such shut down.
Responsible to perform operator competency assessment.
Qualifications:
• Technical College, Polytechnic or AKAMIGAS graduate or equivalent, good computer applications skill, having good English both in writing, reporting and verbal communication,
• Minimum 10-15 years experiences in high pressure gas field and complex gas plant operations and maintenance,
• Strong personality, good attitude, good initiative, having sense of ownership, hard working, good leadership, mature, has a capability to appraise, counsel and discipline subordinates and good model for subordinates, good initiative, having sense of ownership to achieve safe & excellence operation integrity,
• Being familiar with HSEMS, SSP, PTW, MOC and A & OI.
