PT. Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources.
G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mining and exploration company. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence production of gold in 2011. The mine will be capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.
Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.
PT. Agincourt Resources is pleased to invite applications for the following role:
1. COMMERCIAL MANAGER (CM 0750)
This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be a key position in the management team. The Commercial Manager will be a site based position and will take responsibility for Finance, IT & Systems, HR & Admin, Supply & Logistics and Camps. Initially the position will be responsible for setting up the systems and processes required to support the project as it transitions through construction, commissioning and ongoing operation. A strong focus will be on building a team and developing staff capable of supporting the business.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Degree in commerce, finance, administration or supply.
• 10 - 15 years working experience in senior roles of Finance, HR, IT & Supply Chain in a mining or production operation.
• Proven ability to operate in a foreign culture and with professional experience in Indonesia is desirable.
• Communication, relationship and team building skills.
• Strong working knowledge of systems and processes across various disciplines.
As this position is an Integral leadership role the preference is for candidates willing to be based in country on a 2/1 FIFO roster.
2. SUPPLY & LOGISTICS MANAGER (SCM 0751)
This position will be based in Martabe project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks, and reports directly to the Commercial Manager.
This position will be responsible for all activities relating to purchasing, contracts, inventory & logistics for the Martabe operation. The main accountabilities of the role are to:
• Establish the Martabe supply team, the business processes and the systems to support the operation
• Management of operational contracts for goods and services & all procurement activities
• Management of logistics operations and the performance of the freight contractor Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Degree in Business, Administration or Supply.
• 10 - 15 years in senior supply roles in a mining or production operation with extensive experience in business systems and business processes.
• Sound business skills involving contracts, negotiations and procurement
• Project planning and Implementation skills & Strong leadership skills.
• Good Computer skills & Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. MINE GEOLOGY MANAGER (MGE 0752)
This position will be based in Martabe project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Senior Manager Operations, and Indirectly to the General Manager Exploration. The Mine Geology Manager is responsible for leadership and management to ensure that the Company’s mine geology programs are developed and implemented with a high level of quality technical input, in a practical and cost effective manner within the guidelines of industry best practice for Health, safety, environment and community relations.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in geology & Strong technical skills in mine geology
• 10 - 15 years in senior supply roles in a mining or production operation with extensive experience in business systems and business processes.
• Strong financial understanding for capital and operating budget preparation.
• Familiarity with JORC code and resource/ reserve modelling and estimation procedures.
• Whilst not essential, experience in a Greenfield’s mine start up will be very highly regarded.

You will responsible for analysing and controlling the site stocks in JDE Inventory; assist in relation the cost control & budget set-ups and data maintenance; monitoring of cost & budget allocation; implementation of the cost & budget allocation are done in a timely manner; identifying cost of Inventory on site warehouse and provide technical support to site personnel; ensure the current system is used to accurately track master listed stocks; train employees in the operations of the cost control management system applicable to Warehouse operation, and continual maintenance; provide cost report as required to accurately predict stable budget / cost of each site inventory.
2. INVENTORY CONTROL & CATALOGUING SPECIALIST (Job No.664462)

You will responsible for in analysing and controlling the site stocks in the JDE Inventory system; assist the Business Unit in relation the Inventory set-ups, and data maintenance; liaise with all sites Warehouse staff with all aspects of the system In order to maintain the Integrity of the Inventory system; prepare Monthly Stock takes as required and run random cycle count; prepare trend and cost analysis report from the Inventory data base as required by the plant department; ensure all Issues, Receipt and Inventory transactions are done in a timely manner; Manage all stock replenishment in relation to the BSF workshop requirements; assist in identifying deficiencies in the Inventory system and provide technical support to site personnel.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting (1) or any major (2),
• Minimum 3 year experiences in Finance/Accounting, Cost Analyst/Control/ICT/Warehousing (1), and 3 year experiences in warehouse, cataloguing, and inventory (2).
• Should fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill;
• Computer literacy; good analytical; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and diligent.
