PT FIRCROFT - Operation Rep Mechanical (10-20 Years Experience in Operation/Maintenance)
Key Activities:
• Assist Senior Operation Representative in Drive and deliver the OA process in the project by ensuring,
- Compliance with the OA Standard in CPMS and related guidance material,
- Operations is properly involved in technology selections & equipment selection,
- Development and management of OA Plan & Schedule, manpower strategies,
maintenance and spare parts strategies, pre-ops budgets, OPEX forecast, etc,
- Actively seek and share knowledge globally by being an active member in the OA NoE community,
• Provide Operations input into the development of the project, business unit and asset Health Safety and Environmental management systems,
• Ensure proper project handover procedures are established and well communicated,
• Track and monitor value added by Operations & Maintenance input to the design,
• Assist in achieving business goals by ensuring life cycle costing is applied in all aspects to design and development,
• Assist project team in development of operating practices and procedures which are consistent with company policies and local/regional procedures,
• Participation in the projects risk identification & management processes, e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, etc,
• Ensuring highly reliable facilities are designed and delivered by application of a robust production availability optimization process and RAM studies,
• Ensure facilities are designed in an operable and maintainable manner by contributing with Operations input into the design and participation in layout, 3D CAD model, P&ID and plot level reviews,
• Responsible for leading the recruitment and training of operations and maintenance personnel required for pre-ops and normal operations (if applicable – depends on organization setup),
• Develop and execute strategy for Operations role in commissioning,
• Develop processes and procedures to ensure fast and safe start-up with quick ramp up to designed production levels,
• Ensure lessons learned from Operations are incorporated into the project, and ensure all operational lessons learned from the project are captured and shared.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree is preferred, or operations experience,
• 10-20 years of oil and gas operations/maintenance experience,
• The ability to understand/ comprehend the engineering product such as Basis of Design, facility layouts, P&ID s, Cause and Effect Diagrams, etc,
• Basic understanding of major capital projects, previous experience on a major capital project is preferred,
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
• Teamwork and effective collaboration,
• Good understanding of risks and risk management,
• Basic understanding of Operability Assurance and Operations Excellence programs,
• Involved and experienced in minimum 1x for start up of new oil / gas facilities,
• Advance skill in turbo machinery control system such like Generator & Compressor and able to do self evaluation on equipment performance & self troubleshooting,
• Advance skill in Engineering and Maintenance for reciprocating and centrifugal compressor, reciprocating and centrifugal pump, gas and diesel engine, material specification and knowledge in metallurgy,
• Advance skill in construction of rotating and static equipment,
• Advance skill with standard / regulation / best practices,
• Have knowledge of condition monitoring (vibration and lube oil analysis),
• Computer skills include but not limited to navigate through the window NT and window 2000 environment,
• Familiar with Process Operations include but not limited to describe the operation of Fire water systems, Temperature Swing Adsorbing Process Systems, Propane Refrigeration Systems and Incinerator Controls and Process Systems.
