Position : Development and Coordination Superintendent
Location : Balikpapan
Responsibility :
To coordinate all trainings across the Business Unit as well as for the development and translation of training material in accordance with Methods of Operation and as advised by subject matter specialists.
Requirements :
- Degree in any discipline, preferably hold a Certificate of Workplace Training and Assessment
- Min. 5 years experience in a training management/ development position
- Required skills : fluent in English ; presentation and training skill, technical writing experience and knowledge of Vocational Training Qualification Frameworks.
- Experience in major international mining company would be an advantage.
